Loud and Clear

One of my friends Alana had shared a link to a post on Baby Bangs. This post is well worth reading! I too have been feeling a need to strengthen my relationship with the Lord. I even started writing this post a week ago and hesitated to post it. Then.....technical difficulties. We had a great musician named Phil Joel play and share his story at church a week ago. His voice is incredible. He was in the band Newsboys before he and his wife started a ministry called deliberate people. Their mission is to encourage people to spend quality time daily with the Lord. As a mom of small children, it is difficult of me to spend time soaking in God's message for my life. I know how vital this relationship is for my spiritual growth but usually it is a quick prayer here or reading the Bible without digesting it. This is a message heard loud and clear! My Heavenly Father desires an intimate relationship with me and I don't want to be the reason it doesn't happen!
